Michael Spann
Lead Pastor
Pastor Mike and Leigh Ann Spann came to BBC in July of 2020. Pastor Mike was ordained into the ministry and sent out of his hometown church, Wilson Avenue Baptist Church in Saraland, Alabama in September of 1999. He graduated with a Pastoral Studies degree from Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, Tennessee in May 2001. He then served on staff at Trinity Baptist Church in Findlay Ohio as Youth Pastor for 9 years before being called to the Lead Pastor position of the same church where he served for the next 10 years.
Guided to the Gulf
In the Spring of 2020, he felt the calling of the Lord to return to the south and continue ministry at Bible Baptist Church. Pastor Mike and Leigh Ann, along with their growing family, are excited to be serving here on the Gulf Coast.
